Tax incentives make buying now a good idea for the first time buyer who is thinking of making a purchase with in the next 2 years.

Interest rates are at a low point that has not been seen in over 40 years.

There are homes on the market at prices below their replacement cost and that are in "move in" condition.

Neighborhoods and price ranges are different all over Albuquerque. Certain features are only available at certain prices in some areas. Some older homes were not built with large master baths or large closets that we see in the homes built today. But if you are flexible in where you are willing to buy there is something for everyone in most price ranges.
