ALBUQUERQUE & RIO RANCHO NEW MEXICO REAL ESTATE STATS JUNE 2009

The total market inventory for the Albuquerque & Rio Rancho area has dropped from 6,428 homes in the June '08 to 5480 homes June '09.  Down even comapared to June'07 that had 5,672 homes on the market.  Pending homes are up 9% compared to the pevious month of May.  Rio Rancho pendings is up 35.25% compared to June'08.   Sales for December 2008 ...

First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit
