Albuquerque continues to see a fairly steady real estate market.  On a national level we are still very low in the total number of foreclosures that have greatly saturated many markets.  We continue to see great buying opportunities and feel that Albuquerque's economic outlook is very bright.  With many companies, both start-ups and well established corporations relocating to the Albuquerque area, many employment opportunities are arising for New Mexicans.  With the creation of new jobs, and a very low relative cost of living, Albuquerque is poised to have a large growth period.  

The financial crisis has indeed put the brakes on the real estate market over the past year and a half, but there are still plenty of buying opportunities.
